Australia & New Zealand Education Fair — Kathmandu, Chitwan, Butwal, Pokhara & Baglung
Grace International is bringing university representatives from Australia and New Zealand to five cities across Nepal this April. Five stops, five opportunities to sit directly with the people
who actually process applications — no appointment needed and no travel outside Nepal required.
Here’s where the events will take place:

Grace International has been working in education and migration consulting since 2005, with branches across Nepal. They have placed students in universities across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, and other global destinations.
The fair format is simple: university and college representatives attend in person, meaning you will speak directly with the people who understand the admissions process — not a third-party agent guessing the requirements.
What Happens at the Fair?
You can walk in and speak with representatives from multiple Australian and New Zealand institutions.
These discussions typically cover:
- Admission requirements for specific courses
- Evaluation of your academic profile
- Scholarship opportunities
- Available intakes (February, July, November)
- Application deadlines
- Tuition fees, accommodation, and living costs
- Visa documentation guidance
Students at different stages of the process attend — whether you’re just exploring options or already started your application and need guidance.
Why Attend in Person?
Online research can provide information, but it often doesn’t reveal:
- Which programs are currently accepting Nepali students
- Which scholarships are actually available right now
- How your academic background compares to admission requirements
These insights often come only through direct conversations with university representatives.
Who Should Attend?
- SEE, +2, or Bachelor’s graduates considering studying abroad
- Students who have completed IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or similar tests
- Students who started applications but got stuck
- Families helping students plan their study abroad journey
- Working professionals considering a Master’s degree overseas
What to Bring
You don’t need to bring everything, but the following can help:
- Academic transcripts (original or photocopies)
- English test results (IELTS, PTE etc.)
- A general idea of what you want to study
- Previous offer letters or rejection letters (if available)
If you don’t have any of these yet — you can still attend.
