USA & Canada Education Fair — Kathmandu, Chitwan & Butwal This March
Grace International is hosting three free education fairs across Nepal this month. If you’re planning to study in the USA or Canada, this is one of the few chances to sit across from university representatives in person — no appointments, no visa, and no travel outside Nepal required.
Here’s everything you need to know: dates and venues
Event Schedule at a Glance
| Date | City | Venue | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| March 15 (Sunday) | Kathmandu | New Baneshwor, Kathmandu | 10 AM – 4 PM |
| March 17 (Tuesday) | Chitwan | Sahid Chowk, Narayangarh | 10 AM – 4 PM |
| March 19 (Thursday) | Butwal | Amarpath, Shine Resunga Bank Building | 10 AM – 4 PM |
All three events run from 10 AM to 4 PM. Walk-ins are welcome.
Grace International has been working in education and migration consulting since 2005. They operate across multiple cities in Nepal and specialize in helping students get placed at universities in the USA, Canada, Australia, and other destinations.
The education fairs they run are a bit different from generic expos. University and college representatives attend directly, which means you can ask questions about admission requirements, scholarship availability, and intake dates from the people who actually process applications.
What Happens at the Fair?
You walk in, talk to representatives from multiple US and Canadian institutions, and get your questions answered on the spot.
Things students typically use these sessions for:
- Checking whether their GPA qualify for specific program
- Understanding what documents they need before applying
- Learning about intakes (Fall, Spring, Winter) and deadlines
- Getting clarity on tuition, living costs, and scholarship options
- Starting a conversation about visa documentation
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you go. These events are designed for students at all stages.
Why Attend in Person Instead of Just Researching Online?
The internet has a lot of information, but it doesn’t always tell you:
- Which programs are actively recruiting Nepali students
- Which scholarships are actually available
- How your profile compares to what universities are looking for
These are the kinds of insights you usually get from direct conversations with representatives.
Who Should Attend?
- SLC/SEE, +2, or Bachelor’s graduates considering studying abroad
- Students who already took IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, or GRE
- Students who started the process but feel stuck
- Families supporting someone planning to study abroad
- Working professionals considering a Master’s degree
Walk in. Ask questions. Leave with a clearer understanding of your options.
