Role Purpose

The Manager, Partnerships and Growth role operates under the direction of the Director of Partnerships and Growth and is responsible for developing, managing, and growing Grace International’s university and college partnerships within the assigned country.

The role has a strong external focus on managing new institutional partnerships and strengthening existing ones, while ensuring internal alignment with partner priorities and performance targets.

Using performance data and market intelligence, the role supports informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. External Partnership and Channel Development

1A. University and College Partnership Development

  • Identify and manage new university and college partnerships.
  • Support contract development, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build strong professional networks across institutions.
  • Represent Grace International in meetings and presentations.

1B. B2B Agent Network Development

  • Strengthen and scale the B2B sub-agent network.
  • Enhance commission structures and performance expectations.
  • Monitor sub-agent performance and ensure compliance.
  • Provide recommendations based on performance and strategy.

2. Partnership Management and Growth

  • Manage and enhance existing partnerships.
  • Monitor institutional performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Resolve operational or admissions-related blockers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partner institutions.

3. Internal Leadership and Collaboration

  • Ensure internal teams are informed on partnership priorities.
  • Align recruitment activities with strategic targets.
  • Collaborate with admissions, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Escalate issues impacting partner satisfaction.

4. Data-Driven Performance and Market Intelligence

  • Analyse performance data and identify trends.
  • Use external data sources to assess market performance.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations.

5. Strategic Influence and Planning

  • Contribute to medium- and long-term growth planning.
  • Identify emerging risks and market opportunities.
  • Influence stakeholders to support growth objectives.
